With over 26 years of experience in Retention, I have spoken at hundreds of events, ranging from major technology conferences for companies like Oracle and Airship to smaller, more intimate sessions with C-suite leaders during management off-sites.

Research from Harvard Business Review and Bain indicates that a 5-10% improvement in retention can boost profits by as much as 100%.

The world's mega brands (Amazon, Spotify, Netflix, Google) understand that the key to rocket-ship growth lies in retaining existing customers.

They are successful at this because they have understood one thing that many brands have not, the key to customer retention is optimising moments of truth. 

Despite this, many companies are simply leaving money on the table by not being organised around customer retention. 

My talks typically focus on how to identify and optimise customer retention moments of truth, and what it means for customer retention and revenue, with examples relevant to the audience by sector and seniority.
